Belle Mansions LLC, New Orleans, LA

Interim General Manager | April 2020 - February 2025

In 2020 I took over management of a distressed boutique hotel in New Orleans. It was in rough shape, but mostly operationally, and it was located in a great spot near the French Quarter. Within 9 months I succeeded in leading the team to re-position the hotel, managing the implementation of professional revenue management, sales & marketing, and the onboarding & training of fully new staff in a tight labor market. I oversaw all cash flow, forecasting, and monthly P&L review. The hotel went from 3.1 stars on Google to 4.2 and gross revenue almost doubled. It’s a cool spot.

Capolavoro Development LLC, NYC

Principal / Side Hustle | 2007 - Present

Since 2007 I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to pursue my passion in real estate, investing in and operating multi-family and hospitality-oriented properties. I developed skills for spotting diamond in the rough value add opportunities, and I use my drive and focus to see challenging projects to completion on time and on budget. For example, I found a tiny “house” on an overgrown 1500 sq ft of land in Austin, TX that looked like this. It sat abandoned for years, but I knew it had potential in the expanding and creative Austin market. Working within a $130k budget, I coordinated remotely with a local architect and contractor to create this, which runs at a 20%+ equity profit margin.

The current portfolio includes multi-family units, mobile home parks and multiple hospitality ventures.

Ribbon Home, NYC

Growth Lead | July 2019 - March 2020

Working as the Growth Lead for NYC startup, Ribbon, I oversaw a small but powerful sales team to identify and expand into new markets. Ribbon aims to make home-ownership more achievable and offers financial help to those who need to bridge the gap between the sale and purchase of a new home.

I succeeded in launching 1 primary market and 2 secondary markets, building partnerships with real estate firms and mortgage lenders, and closing over 50 transactions.

Cooper & Cooper RE, NYC

Residential real estate salesperson | 2015 - 2017

Following my love of NYC real estate, I obtained my real estate license in the state of NY and worked at a boutique residential firm in Manhattan. The firm specialized in relocation and placements for employees of large law firms, investment firms, banks and more. I enjoyed helping clients navigate the NYC real estate market to find them a place to call home.

Adea | Everyday Luxury, Boston, MA

Founder / CEO | 2002 - 2015

While living in Italy I developed relationships with fabric and product manufacturers and launched a luxury women’s clothing line. I moved back stateside and oversaw growth, managing all aspects from sourcing, production, logistics, marketing and more. By cultivating strong relationships with vendors and clients the company grew quickly and I successfully sold it. Adea’s products are still sold throughout the US and abroad.
